Apple Dreams and A Final Farewell to Dad

This weekend I went back to my childhood home of Yakima, Washington.  "Apple Capital of the World."  As you know, smells can be powerful reminders of times and places and people.  They can conjure up memories that were forgotten, lost to the haze of age, and replaced by new friends and experiences.

But one came back very powerfully for me this weekend. One that took me down memory lane and a renewed appreciation of my very quintessential Washington State upbringing in the apple capital! So I did a short video with some thoughts on my childhood and on my dad's impending memorial service.  Enjoy!
